JPMorgan Chase Settlement ($290M)
In June 2023, JPMorgan Chase agreed to pay $290 million to settle a class-action lawsuit brought by Epstein victims who alleged the bank knowingly facilitated Epstein's trafficking operation by continuing to provide banking services. The settlement was one of the largest in a trafficking case. Internal emails revealed bank executives were aware of concerns about Epstein.
